Questions and answers

The questions that don’t belong to any single service: small jobs, who you’ll deal with, how far we travel, what goes wrong, and when to call.

Before you call

Do you take small jobs?

Yes. Devin lists drywall repair and paint as the work people ask for most, and our September 23, 2026 Facebook post offered openings for “the little jobs that keep getting pushed”: hanging things, wall patches, paint touch-ups, fixtures and furniture assembly. Call (603) 722-3344 with what you have.

Who will I be dealing with?

The owners themselves, and Devin writes every estimate.

Do you sub out work?

When a job needs an electrician, a plumber or an excavator, we bring one in. As of September 2026, the owners said “we haven’t had to sub out work yet.”

Do you do foundations or concrete?

No. Devin rules out both: foundations because of the certifications and training involved, and pouring concrete pads because of the equipment. Framing is on our list.

Do you do commercial work?

Our focus is homes. In the owners’ words, “what we typically focus on is residential.”

How far will you travel?

Manchester is home, and more of our jobs run south of it than north. Londonderry is about 20 minutes from us. Londonderry, Hudson and Newton are near the top of Devin’s list. Jobs have gone as far north as Laconia, and the service area page has the full list.

What goes wrong most often?

Materials. Devin’s answer: “it’s typically like a material problem.” When something we ordered doesn’t arrive when it was promised, the job can slip. “Usually, we’re able to make it through it without any real hiccups at all.”

Do you clean up as you go?

Yes. In a home people are living in, we clean up at the end of every day.

What tools and materials do you use?

DeWalt tools, nearly always: “It’s rare that you’ll see us use anything else.” Sometimes Ryobi. Most of what we buy comes from Home Depot.

When is the best time to call?

Mid to late in the day is best, on (603) 722-3344. A text works too.

Do you work in winter?

Yes. Roof snow removal and ice-dam clearing are on our list, and the owners plan to start bidding both this winter. Indoor work carries on too, and basement jobs are part of the winter plan.

Are the photos on this site real?

Yes. Every job photo here comes off our own Facebook page. On our first call the owners said: “We haven’t used any sort of AI-generated images yet at all.”

Do you have reviews?

Not yet. Homeowners comment on how clean we are, the owners say, but “We haven’t gotten it in a review quite yet, so we need to work on that.” If you have hired us, a short review on our Facebook page helps the next homeowner.

Questions about price, deposits and estimates are on how quotes work. Questions about a particular kind of work are answered on that service’s own page, starting from the services list. The longer explanations, such as permits and lead paint, are in the guides.
