Tile Installation in Manchester, NH
We set tile around Manchester, more often south of the city than north: bathroom floors, tub surrounds, and tile floors in other rooms. Devin prices a tile job after he has seen the room, and the written estimate goes out that night or the day after. Tile and flooring are the two jobs he says pay best right now; typical jobs have run $800 to $30,000 (September 2026), and the rest is on how quotes work.
What our tile photos show
In September 2026 we posted a bathroom with a new large-format marble-look floor and a grey tile tub surround going in next to a white vanity. In August it was marble-look floor tile going down, with yellow leveling clips at every joint and a worker standing in the doorway. In July, a dark slate-look floor in a small room with the walls stripped and patched.
Plumbing and wiring around the tile
When a tile job needs a plumber or an electrician, we bring one in. Those trades carry their own state licenses; NH contractor licensing explains who issues them.
A bathroom you still have to use
Homeowners, the owners say, "almost always make a comment about how clean we are."
