Where roofing stands, in our words
On our first call in September 2026, the owners laid it out: "we've also done roofs and we want to get in." What's missing is the setup for whole roofs: "We just don't have the infrastructure... we need a truck. We need a trailer. We need a whole crew for that."
Four days later, on our onboarding call, the plan was just as plain: "goal by next spring we're doing roofs." That's spring 2027.
Winter is part of the reason. The owners want roofing to be a big part of the business because roof snow removal and ice dams are big work around here, and this winter the plan is to start bidding both.
After a hard winter
Spring brings the damage the ice leaves behind: gutters pulled down, fascia to replace, roof repairs. The owners have done that spring work before.
