Ice-dam clearing is on the service list Devin confirmed, and the owners plan to start bidding it this winter (2026-27) in Manchester and the towns around it. The spring after the ice
After an ice-dam winter, the work comes in the spring. On our first call, in September 2026, the owners described "any of these gutters that got ripped down or came off the walls": they replaced fascia, put up more gutters and did repair work on the roofs. "They were just calling us back up and we were getting more work come springtime."
