Where we work: Manchester and southern New Hampshire

We’re based in Manchester, and more of our work runs south of the city than north. In Devin’s words, “I would service anywhere from southern Maine to Massachusetts.” Every town below is one where the owners have worked.

Where most of the work is

Asked which towns matter most, Devin put four at the top: Newton, Londonderry, Hudson, Manchester. Londonderry is about 20 minutes from us. Asked which way the work goes, the answer was short: “I would definitely say that we go more south than we go north.” From Manchester, in the owners’ words, “we’re right in the middle of where everything in New Hampshire happens.”

At the end of September 2026 our three most recent jobs were in Hudson, Hillsborough and Londonderry, “so totally different places from each other”: a pair of French double doors in Hudson, and in Londonderry a room taken back to the studs in a house that stayed occupied. Jobs further north happen, in Laconia, Grafton and Bennington, but in the owners’ words “that’s not like our typical.”

The work is homes, much of it in the older town-houses and houses from the 1800s and 1900s that Devin says make up most of what he sees.

The towns on the list

Of the towns on Devin’s list, the owners said “those are all towns that we’ve actually done, like specific projects that I can remember.” Manchester is home.

Hooksett is not on Devin’s list, but the company’s Facebook page names it next to Manchester as its service area, so it belongs here too. If your town is not here but sits between two that are, ask.

Over the state line

The list also reaches across the borders: York, Ogunquit, Maine, Newburyport, Massachusetts. On our onboarding call the owners put the range as “anywhere from like southern Maine all the way to Massachusetts, anywhere in Mass, too.” For work that far out, mention the town on the first call.

The same list of work in every town

What we do is the same in every town: framing, siding, flooring, paint and the rest of the list. All thirteen services are on one page, and how quotes work explains the visit and the written estimate. In Manchester, the city’s Building Division handles permits; the Manchester permit guide covers it.
